I hope to get a refund. They are also unresponsive to my emails. I highly advise against purchasing from this seller.

I waited two weeks for a jersey I ordered as a gift. Upon contacting support, I was told there were shipping issues and it would arrive in five days. Another two weeks passed, and I was informed it was a matter for the head office. Two days later, I received a refund notification from my bank. I received no communication from customer service. I would never use this service again.
This company is disappointing. I ordered four products online; one shirt arrived in the wrong size, and one hat was used, with sweat stains and hair inside. I reached out for a resolution, and they promised to respond within five business days. Two weeks later, after no communication, I followed up and was told they were busy. Nearly a month passed with no updates. Overall, terrible customer service.
I experienced a bait and switch situation when attempting to buy hockey pants for my son. A salesperson quoted a price after scanning the shelf, but when I went to pay, the price was $50 higher. They claimed they didn't have to honor the quoted price, stating it was a mistake. The manager offered a lower model at the original price, which felt like poor business practice. I wouldn't recommend doing business here; there are plenty of local alternatives with better practices.
This is a total farce! They advertise items but fail to mention they're out of stock. I've sent multiple inquiries about my order but received no responses. I was vaguely informed that part of my order was shipped through a third-party app, but I have no further information. I'm now out of money and patience. Having recently moved back to Canada, I find it troubling that customer service seems to be nonexistent.
