Delivery day was changed from tomorrow (08/01) to today (07/01), requiring me to alter delivery instructions. It was delivered to the wrong address, and the recipient had to search for it. Completely unacceptable.

the package was damaged meaning part of…

the package was damaged meaning part of the purchased item was protruding from the packaging. An attempt has been made earlier to tape it back up but it had come back through.The parcel was put down with the damage facing away and was not brought to my attention.The damage is minor bit I should have been given the chance to check the parcel
