this company is a complete joke. I had to send a parcel to Germany so I booked a pick up collection for 25th Nov, nobody showed up. Tried to call them during the weekend - but there was no one to answer (expected maybe). Called them on Monday, talked to support, they give me a ridiculous excuse (the driver couldn't find the address) and said it will be collected that day. Again, no one showed up - so I called them again on Tuesday (29th Nov) - same story: not their fault, will be collected today and so on.

Excellent service from requesting the quote to having the wardrobes fitted. Estimate of time to be fitted was spot on. The fitter was professional and cleared up as he went along. Wardrobes look great and give so much more space. Really pleased with the service and the results
One week ago, I ordered a small package from a store in limerick with ‘next day delivery’ to where I’m living in Galway. The package hasn’t updated since arriving at the depot in annacotty 5 days ago. I emailed and rang their customer service and was told by both that ‘a search was ongoing’ for the package and haven’t heard anything since. Avoid using GLS at all costs unless you don’t want to see your package for ages
