The Pro Study Group material was useful in my preparation, the training and learning videos filled my knowledge gap. On the other hand, I understood the PMI mindset through the free weekly sessions, Gabor explains very well why memorization is not the way for passing the exam and how answer the tricky questions.Without the study group and Gabor mentoring my CAPM preparation journey would have been interrupted again (three times interrupted) because I felt motivated with the success stories, and comments by the test takers were a plus.Finally, I would like to highlight the difficulty level of MOCK exams (Pro membership), Free Practice Questions and CAPM exam is similar.Thanks Gabor for this endeavor, because the Weekly Sessions and Practice questions are Free.I would like to see these efforts in my country and in my language.
I firstly called to a GLS authorised agent (Kevin’s Neilstown shopping Centre , Dublin) in order to log and arrange for GLS courier service to collect my item/parcel. The staff member was untrained on how to deal with the GLS system and could not take my parcel and keep it for later collection by GLS. I left my parcel with another GLS authorised agent who were very helpful but advised GLS do not routinely collect parcels from this GLS agent. They advised I contact GLS and make them aware that the item was ready for collection at their agents. Nine days later, the item had still not been collected by GLS. The GLS customer care give false promises and do nothing to resolve customer complaints. GLS courier services are a joke. Avoid at all costs . November 2022

COMEDY!!!!! Unfortunately, it is the worst experience I've ever had. I am trying to send a package to Romania from Dublin. I paid and waited two days for the courier to pick up the package. On the third day after receiving the message that nobody would pick up also that day, I decided to bring the package to the GLS depot. When done this... they started processing this package to send to... Dublin, to me. This is COMEDY. Today I received message package is delivered to me... I wish to mention it should be delivered to Romania not to Dublin Ireland. What are you doing there?-----------Update:On Saturday evening, my neighbour received a package. I received the package from him on Sunday. Therefore, instead of going to Romania, my package went to Dublin after five days.-----------Update:The package is collected after 9 days. The company is now engaged in a conversation. That's good news.

this company is a complete joke. I had to send a parcel to Germany so I booked a pick up collection for 25th Nov, nobody showed up. Tried to call them during the weekend - but there was no one to answer (expected maybe). Called them on Monday, talked to support, they give me a ridiculous excuse (the driver couldn't find the address) and said it will be collected that day. Again, no one showed up - so I called them again on Tuesday (29th Nov) - same story: not their fault, will be collected today and so on.
