Call was answered within 2 mins, when message stated approx 5 mins wait time !Representative was very polite and helpful (Jordan Tague)I explained my issues, having had the Apex 7S charger fitted and receiving my ID buzz 2 days ago, and the fact I couldn't get it to charge on Octupus Go Intelligent, he pointed out that I needed to go onto the "Go" option instead, he also logged onto my unit, and installed all the software updates for me, and then explained how to set up the car and charger to charge when I wanted it to. This is what I call great Customer service.Thank you
