Ineffective for Car App Scheduling

Installation was straightforward, hence the one star, but it's ineffective if you wish to use anything other than the designated app for scheduling charging. I prefer to use my car's app, but that doesn't work since I can't utilize the charger as a basic unit. It shuts off after 30 minutes if no charging is initiated by the vehicle and requires the app to be opened to start charging. This limitation isn't disclosed anywhere. I've been informed by the support team that there’s no solution and the 30-minute cutoff isn't adjustable. This operates in plug and play mode, which is more like plug and play only if charging begins within 30 minutes. This also makes it impractical on certain tariffs, even if the tariff doesn't communicate with the charger. The support team suggested changing my entire tariff, which would be a significantly worse deal for me, while all I want is for the charger to function as a basic unit aligned with the car's schedule. Ultimately, I had to purchase a different charger and absorb the cost of this one. Very dissatisfied.

New Charger with Setup Issues

The charger is new and connected to a new home. Setting up the app was quite challenging. The charger has never functioned properly in plug and play mode despite numerous attempts. I had to switch to app/rfid mode for it to work correctly. It lost WiFi connection over the weekend while the lights remained on. I reset it at the fuse box, and it lost all power. After calling, no diagnostics were performed; I was simply advised to have an electrician check the power supply. I did this the same day, confirmed the issue, and was instructed to provide my address for an engineer visit. It has been 48 hours with no response, forcing me to charge at a public location, which is significantly more expensive. Extremely disappointing charger and interface, and they show no urgency in addressing major faults.
