I initially spoke with a representative regarding the trip fix, and although he mentioned he would check engineer availability and send a confirmation email, I never received it. After multiple calls and assurances from the same representative about resolving the situation and confirming my new module order, I still didn't get the promised email. On the fourth day, I called again, and after explaining my need for confirmation, the representative apologized and even adjusted the pricing for the installation. Overall, I'm a satisfied customer, having enjoyed excellent service from this company for nearly six years, with just a couple of minor issues, both of which were resolved smoothly. The main concern was the lack of email confirmations during this process.
