Typical sales people who lie. Used the usual hard sale tactics. Vastly overpriced when you compare to other suppliers. The 14day cooling off period is there for a good reason. If you want to pay over the odds and be lied to then use them - else go elsewhere.

The PV installation team (Dan, Harry and Harrison) were friendly and helpful throughout their stay. They worked well as a team and installed the PV panels, battery and inverter efficiently whilst taking care of our property. They cleared up when the installation was complete and removed all waste material.

Derry and Jason truly delivered a five-star experience yesterday. They were punctual and immediately got to work. The installation was tidy and professional, with great attention to detail. They addressed all of my numerous questions and made sure to accommodate my preferences for panel orientation and fixture placement. They were very courteous and approachable. The support team's service has been outstanding so far.
I added an extra battery to my existing setup, and the price was very reasonable. The engineer was fantastic, keeping me informed about his arrival time. He arrived promptly and got right to work, resolving the trip issue and installing the new battery module. However, I did encounter some issues with the maintenance department. I initially spoke with a representative regarding the trip fix, and although he mentioned he would check engineer availability and send a confirmation email, I never received it. After multiple calls and assurances from the same representative about resolving the situation and confirming my new module order, I still didn't get the promised email. On the fourth day, I called again, and after explaining my need for confirmation, the representative apologized and even adjusted the pricing for the installation. Overall, I'm a satisfied customer, having enjoyed excellent service from this company for nearly six years, with just a couple of minor issues, both of which were resolved smoothly. The main concern was the lack of email confirmations during this process.
I recently had the team come to install my solar system. They were originally scheduled for last Friday, but due to heavy snow, we rescheduled for today. They arrived by 8 AM and completed the job by 4 PM. They were polite and knowledgeable when I had questions. The app isn't set up yet, but I was informed it might be ready tomorrow, and I will update as things progress, but everything looks promising so far.
