Scammy Drop-Shipping Operation – Buyer Beware

I placed a $1,100+ order with Promeed on April 25, 2025, with “expedited shipping” (2–4 days). Weeks passed with no delivery. FedEx tracking showed only a label created on May 12—no package ever received or moved. When I contacted customer service, I was met with vague, contradictory responses blaming tariffs, customs, and “logistics channels,” all of which made no sense given the total lack of shipping activity.After extensive back-and-forth, I formally canceled the order. They acknowledged the cancellation but refused to issue a full refund unless the package (which was never shipped) could be “intercepted.” This is not how legitimate companies operate.It’s now clear that Promeed runs a classic drop-shipping scam: they take your money, order the product from a third-party supplier in China, and stall with excuses if anything goes wrong. There is zero transparency, zero accountability, and absolutely no respect for the customer.I’ve filed a formal dispute with my credit card company and urge others to avoid this vendor. Let the paper trail speak for itself.UPDATE: I have now received a full refund through my credit card company after Promeed stalled, deflected, and refused to resolve the issue directly.
