I placed a $1,100+ order with Promeed on April 25, 2025, with “expedited shipping” (2–4 days). Weeks passed with no delivery. FedEx tracking showed only a label created on May 12—no package ever received or moved. When I contacted customer service, I was met with vague, contradictory responses blaming tariffs, customs, and “logistics channels,” all of which made no sense given the total lack of shipping activity.After extensive back-and-forth, I formally canceled the order. They acknowledged the cancellation but refused to issue a full refund unless the package (which was never shipped) could be “intercepted.” This is not how legitimate companies operate.It’s now clear that Promeed runs a classic drop-shipping scam: they take your money, order the product from a third-party supplier in China, and stall with excuses if anything goes wrong. Firstly, I have been buying silk products from PROMEED for several years now with great satisfaction! I was introduced to them via Amazon. After trying various silk pillowcases from various vendors on Amazon and not being satisfied, I tried a Promeed silk pillowcase + Silk Sleep Mask and never looked back! The QUALITY is SUPERIOR in every way, shape, form! It is a luxury product you never knew you needed but now can’t live without and quite affordable pricing considering the high quality of the silk and workmanship. The zippers on the pillowcase work well no matter how many washes. Secondly, I would like to compliment their new product I recently purchased called the HERBALRX SLEEP QUILT! Beautiful product that is infused with various herbs into the fiber and it relaxes you to help you sleep and stay asleep! Please go to their website to read up about the technology behind this product. This quilt was tested and recommended by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine! I have difficulty falling and mostly staying asleep. I’ve used it for several nights now and the difference is quite noticeable. I stay asleep; I’m not waking up as often and I feel like it is a better quality of sleep; a deeper sleep. It is so soft with a subtle scent and as you sleep you inhale the herbs and they help you relax. I will always have one of these now.
I received my pillowcases damaged. There was a knife slice on exterior packaging that went straight through to both pieces. PayPal had the seller's email so I reached out and got an immediate response. They asked for photos, which I sent and new pillowcases were sent, with a new tracking number. No hassle, very courteous and they arrived faster than the initial ones!I finally got to use my new pillowcases and slept like a baby!FYI, I am suffering from severe hair loss and noticed significantly fewer hairs on my pillow when I wake up! This was the main reason for the purchase. I am very happy, all around. Great purchase and I recommend this seller!
