- There has been different treatment of candidates identification at the exam center: first time I went, I was denied entry from exam as my ID card did not have a signature, while some candidates were able to take the exam showing that exact same ID card the next time I went- Both times I went to the exam center, my name was not set up in the systems, I had to check with various employees of the center who had to call Prometric and add my name at the last minute. This caused severe delays and stress that could have been avoided shall Prometric initially ensured I was correctly scheduled as per the email confirmation received. Customer service told me to reach out to the exam institute, not taking responsibility for their role in this kind of situation
