Despite sending multiple urgent emails, I have not received any clear communication or resolution. The lack of transparency and customer support has eroded my trust in this company. I am now insisting on immediate contact to resolve this issue, as I refuse to lose money over an order that has gone silent for weeks. If I don't get a proper response, I will escalate this matter through my bank.
