Have ordered twice in the past no problem. However placed an order two weeks ago and received confirmation it would be delivered on 5th Jan 2021 but when I track the order it has been returned to sender. Customer service told me they would refund me which I haven’t received yet and to place order again and it would be delivered. I did this only to discover the same thing has happened again with my order it has been returned to the sender. Waiting to hear back from customer service and not happy with service, made allowances for the first order but to happen again in less than a week very bad.
