I never received my order; they simply refunded my money. It seems they were unhappy with the order value. Prices change at will. Each time I added items to my cart, the price went up. I tried ordering again from a different account and phone, hoping for a better deal, but still no order arrived. It's frustrating! They act as if they are the only option online for these products, making it feel impossible to find them elsewhere. Another lost regular customer. I do not recommend this type of platform.
We informed you that we would be closed from Nov. 23rd to Dec. 7th, and deliveries should not occur during this period—only before Nov. 23rd or after Dec. 7th. Yet, you delivered on Nov. 25th... It seems you disregard your customers, showing no interest in maintaining business relationships. That's fine; I will choose a different seller next time.
I ordered Omega 3 but have yet to receive it after 22 days. The frustration grew when I found out the product hasn't even left your shop, and I can't request a refund since the order isn't marked as 'in process.' Very disappointing customer service.
Avoid ordering here. I placed an order over a week ago, advertised for delivery by today at the latest. Their website still indicates the package was in Spain on 31.10?!!! Six bottles of vitamins for over 200€?!! No updates from them. Do not trust this seller—they seem like a scam. I will report them to the consumer agency in Germany.
