I ordered a blanket as a Christmas present on November 28th. It's now Christmas Eve, December 24th, and I still haven't received it. I've contacted them via email, and while they've replied quickly, they haven't been helpful. The tracking information is inconsistent and unclear, and it appears to be held up in customs in Italy! I cannot recommend this service.
