Frustrating holiday order experience

I ordered a blanket as a Christmas gift on November 28th. Now, on Christmas Eve, December 24th, I'm still waiting for delivery. I've emailed them, and while they responded, they haven't been genuinely helpful. The tracking information is vague and inconsistent, and it appears to be stuck in customs in Italy! I can't recommend this service.

Ordered a blanket, but no delivery

My order never arrived. I was misled and then ignored by the customer service team through email. I never received a refund or any compensation. It's a huge scam.

Worst experience ever

On June 18, 2017, I ordered a product with a promo code and only paid for shipping. I received a confirmation email with tracking details, but now it's August 15, 2017, and I still haven't received anything or any help from the service. I've emailed multiple times and received only one response. They offered to send a replacement or a gift card, but after that, I never heard back. I just want my money back and for this site to be shut down. Please avoid this site!

Order placed but item never received

I ordered a product on July 4th and got a confirmation email, but I never received any further communication. The money has been deducted from my account, but the items haven't arrived. I've emailed them nearly every day without any response. I paid via a payment service and have opened a dispute to recover my money.

Thieves

If I could give them zero stars, I would. They are a group of dishonest thieves. I made a purchase over two months ago, and it hasn't been shipped. I've received no responses to my emails or messages. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Misleading advertisement

I saw an advertisement on Facebook for a 'giveaway voucher' that required only postage for a unique bra. I was eager to wait for shipping from the USA. However, six weeks later, I'm still waiting. I reached out, only to receive an auto-reply directing me to contact them via email, which I did, but received the same auto-reply again. I'm convinced this is a scam. I've shared my experience on their Facebook page and found others with similar issues. Payment made, item not received, and no response—very disappointing.
