On the 4th of May I payed my Propain Tyee through the online configurator. "Configure your dream" they say.Really, it's a nightmare: after the extimated date and they weren't able to satisfy it, customer care guys (I know it's not related to them, they are only the last ring of the chain) tell you a different story each day you try to speak with them. A continuos postpone who makes you frustated.Three months later than the payment, I was able to get produced my bike carrying on to push the customer care; they shipped it (shipment cost amount 100 €, not really cheap): The actual result is that the bike is stored in a DHL Freight warehouse to a couple of km to my house because there are some problems with the shipment and actually I don't know when and if I will be able to ride my bike.
