However, when I provided the correct as-built insulation information, I was informed that correcting this would incur an additional consultancy fee. This was not a design change but fixing incorrect assumptions so the EPC could accurately reflect the construction. Being charged extra to correct their own mistakes is disappointing and unprofessional, causing delays in my flat conversion project.
