Made an order on thursday for a boiler service and I had contact from David the engineer on Friday and he came out in the afternoon. He was very professional and nice , overall very happy and an excellent price compared to other companies.
Bad communication, didn’t ask about smart meter. Did not wanted to listen if there is isolation under wooden floors .cut me through when I was speaking.Stated very poor installation for boiler but why? Where is it supposed to be. Didn’t check fuse box for special emergency turn off boiler. Very rough person.Made me uncomfortable in my home and made sarcastic comments like “posh bath”. I felt like I needed bribe by telling me “I do my best “. I have experienced very bad experiences

Update: The certificate was finally delivered only after I wrote this review and mentioned contacting my credit card provider for a full refund due to the lack of service.
It has been quite frustrating trying to get the safety certificate from the website. Why can't they just send it? I have attempted several times to log into my account, but the system keeps sending me 'magic link' emails, and there’s still no certificate available.

The assessor was not friendly and communicated poorly. He arrived nearly an hour late without any notice and was not thorough in his assessment—I had to remind him about the solar panels and battery as he was leaving because he overlooked them. He also asked inappropriate questions about the property's value.
