Bad communication, didn’t ask about smart meter. Did not wanted to listen if there is isolation under wooden floors .cut me through when I was speaking.Stated very poor installation for boiler but why? Where is it supposed to be. Didn’t check fuse box for special emergency turn off boiler. Very rough person.Made me uncomfortable in my home and made sarcastic comments like “posh bath”. I felt like I needed bribe by telling me “I do my best “. I have experienced very bad experiences
