We signed up with Proper AI in hopes that they can take over our accounting / bookkeeping for our business. The sales representative sold us on the fact that Proper was simply an extension of our team and they would be able to log into our Google workspace and use the internal workspace and communication platforms that all my employees use. This was an important feature for us. However it was not until after we signed up with them and during the on boarding process that we came to learn that they DO NOT integrate with our system and that to speak with their “team” we need to schedule a zoom. This would require us to change the way we communicate and work. This would be a major business disruption to us as we need to share internal information in real time not wait to schedule a zoom call with them. We sought to cancel our agreement and they are attempting to stick to their termination terms of the contract despite misrepresenting their abilities to us. And then they have the audacity to send us collections. Do NOT use this company. They lie, misrepresent and then attempt to collect money after they have breached the agreement.
