So far not getting good communication back from a claim filed... as my calendar is marked off waiting... trying to connect with the adjuster seems a be a major challenge. Always goes straight to vm. Left a message for a call back and instead recieved a email last night of what they want to pay out rather then a call back. Responded to that email requesting a call to discuss and nothing back. Called several more times the days following and straight to vm again. Called customer service twice. Once they said we would recieve a call back that day... nothing. Called back the next day and was told to schedule an appointment online to speak with the adjuster... it was said they have 72 hrs to respond. Is it not normal to call your customers to go over your settlement or discuss issues? Our loss of income was not listed either. This delays the process... a phone call can be supreme in customer service and a faster resolve to issues.. much more effective. I got this insurance bc of all they offered but second thinking this.... no sense in paying extra if the services aren't there when you need them. We have questions about this claim...
I left comments on Facebook and a review. I see proper Insurance responding to the positive feedback and inquiries but nothing for the negative. Im surprised by that with a company that claims they are great.
