I wish I could give a zero-star review, as it’s clear they lack understanding of food hygiene. I ordered a significant amount of Christmas hampers for loved ones, which arrived on December 23rd at 6 PM. Most of the boxes were drenched, with the food inside compromised. Many boxes were damaged and crushed, meant to be gifts. Now, I have no presents for my family and reached out to the company to report the issue. They dismissed my concerns, suggesting I should accept the wet food in these damaged hampers. This is utterly unacceptable, and I am filing a complaint with trading standards. Avoid this company at all costs.
