I'm unable to give a zero star review, but it's clear they have no understanding of food hygiene. I ordered £340 worth of holiday hampers for family and friends, which arrived on December 23rd at 6 PM. Almost all the boxes were soaked, with the food inside getting wet. Many boxes were severely damaged and crushed, which is unacceptable for Christmas gifts. Now, I'm left without presents for my family. When I reached out to the company about this issue, they dismissed my concerns and suggested I should just accept the condition of the hampers. This is completely unacceptable, and I am now filing a complaint with trading standards. I strongly advise avoiding this company.
