I had a terrible experience with this company; they threatened legal action for honest reviews (Landlord) and are definitely unprofessional in my opinion. After a 24-month period during which no rent was paid by the agent, I am finally free from this distressing agency. They requested feedback (after the threat of legal action) - well, here it is: do not threaten your CLIENT or those leaving honest reviews, instead improve the transparency of your service. I have no idea who the representative is and can only assume this review is fabricated by the owner...
