Previous tenant moved out because of water leaking through the roof, I was lied to and told the issue was resolved even though nothing was ever done to fix it, and they internally dropped the issue without consulting anyone in the flat.One year later and nothing has been done, I have recieved no acknowledgement from Property Moves of their negligence, and water is still leaking through the roof which has led to a mould infestation.On trying to get this issue resolved, I have been directly lied to on a number of occasions. They have accused me of denying access to the flat, claimed that the issue was being held up by a section 20 notice despite the notice only being served a couple months ago, lied to me about work already being scheduled, and lied to me regarding whether they dropped the issue or not.When they are called out on this behaviour, they will claim that going over old emails which prove their lies are "a waste of their time".They are conmen, plain and simple. Avoid.
