Have let my property with Property Moves over the last 6 years. The flat has always been rented out swiftly with reliable tenants. They are very knowledgeable and I’ve felt that I have been talked through all the legalities I must follow on my part, so everything has run smoothly. Jill has helped on a few issues with compliance and making sure my electricity certificates are up to date, reminding me when I need to renew them so I never fall short of my commitments. I would highly recommend Property Moves Hove.
