I initially engaged Property Twins based on a direct referral from a friend, expecting at least a baseline level of professional service. I couldn't have been more wrong.After reaching out, they couldn't even be bothered to pick up the phone to call me back. When I finally did get a response, it was via a poorly constructed text message riddled with bad English.When I responded to try and get things on track, they actually had the audacity to cancel my appointment entirely, claiming they "didn't like my tone."If this is how they handle a warm lead from a past client, I can't imagine how they operate their actual business. It takes a lot to shock me when it comes to bad customer service, but their sheer arrogance and complete lack of basic communication skills take the cake. Talk about unprofessional.Save your time and find someone who actually wants your business and knows how to pick up a phone.
