Updated review Order 3+ weeks ago, no update; unable to track and no response to email. Payment taken at point of order. Was very concerned, but eventually received a response to say they had experienced delays and my order would be shipped. Received it today ( over 5 weeks) and happy with the outcome. I just wish they had informed me about the delay before I complained.
