I ordered a phone case, and shortly after, the color started to fade and the plastic around the mirror came unstuck. I contacted the support team, and they promptly replaced the cover without any hassle. They respond to emails quickly, and their customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend this company.
I purchased a phone case, but upon arrival, the quality didn't match what I had expected from previous purchases. Within two weeks, it began to fall apart. I reached out for assistance, but unfortunately, I haven't received a response. I'm extremely disappointed with both the product and the service.

The refund offered was inadequate: a small discount code that does not cover the full amount I paid. It's evident that delays, lack of communication, and mishandling of customer concerns are routine with this company. This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. If you value dependable delivery and professional service, look elsewhere. I regret this purchase and will not order again.
