We didn’t know where to start with a bathroom refit, but Dan and the rest of the team were able to help us make great choices on a budget. The team were professional and knowledgeable, and everyone we came across was lovely. The process was very hassle free and there was great communication from the first enquiry to the final day of fitting.

Superb Kitchen redevelopment

Proproperty Ltd. are an extremely professional company. After some years of dealing with them with my central heating installation, upgrade and annual maintenance I had no hesitation in asking them to be involved with building work on a major upgrade project. From a very competitive quotation, time based project plan and excellent customer involvement the job was completed on time and to budget. They liaised with other companies to ensure the job was properly project managed. Well done.Personnel working on the job were courteous, highly skilled and attentive.I have no hesitation in recommending Dean and Nicola's company and in future they are our GO TO people for any and all household work, both large and small.Just exceptional.

Absolutely brilliant!

Can't recommend the team at Pro Property enough. Fantastic, fair service. Over the years, from boiler replacement and servicing, kitchen fitting, bathroom fitting, radiator installation and fixing a recent water leak, they've been brilliant. Attention to detail, helpfulness and quality of finish is second to none.

fusebox replacement

My wireless thermostat went on the blink , I spoke to pro property the lady got me a engineer out that day within 30 mins of my call , he came put me a new thermostat in and fantastic everything working as new , can not fault pro property at all .
