When I sought clarification, I received only generic responses without any details about the order in question, the rule, or the specific clause in their Terms & Conditions that I allegedly violated. If there are rules concerning 'risk' or certain trading behaviors, they should be clearly outlined and communicated. Instead, action was taken at the most inconvenient time, with no proper evidence or breakdown of the supposed violation. This raises significant concerns about fairness and the integrity of their evaluation process. Traders deserve transparency, especially when actual payouts are at stake. Without clear enforcement of rules and adequate justification, it is difficult to trust the reliability of this firm.
