They don't release capital! They block your account and keep your money!

Don't buy anything from OANDA! They are scammers! All the challenges are fake! I passed several challenges and they blocked my accounts!

After passing the 2-step challenge, my funded account was unjustly terminated before I could even start trading it. My Signal Provider Account (#64077) was suddenly terminated with only a vague "internal risk assessment" reason — no specific violation or evidence provided, no appeal possible.
I followed all rules: no prohibited trading, no drawdown breaches, disciplined style. My consistent performance is verified on other large prop firms.
Lack of transparency is disappointing. Many similar complaints here.

Wow, I passed to get live account, was having profit but then Oanda just banned the whole country. They said they will refund and do the profit split but then here comes 40% consistency rules. My live account was only 2 days of trading and 1.3% profit.

In short, to get 40% consistency rules, you need minimum of 3 days of trading. Now with that rules, they just denied to split the profit...
Do you guys think that is proper?

Untrustworthy and Frustrating Experience

I had a terrible experience with this service. After successfully passing two rounds of verification for a $50,000 challenge account, they requested KYC information. I provided all the necessary documents, but then they asked for an additional related document, which they ultimately rejected. I am now seeking a refund for the exam fee, but I have not received any response from the company.

Warning to Fellow Traders About My Recent Experience

I feel compelled to share my recent experience with a trading platform that left me frustrated. My account was unexpectedly banned, citing a violation of 'forbidden trading practices.' Despite numerous requests, the company has not provided any clear evidence or specific trade logs to substantiate their claims.
What adds to my frustration is their lack of accountability regarding refunds. After my account was banned, they emailed me promising a full refund of my challenge fees within a week. Over a month has passed, and I have received nothing.
This situation appears to be a deliberate attempt to withhold funds from successful traders. If a company can ban you without proof and disregard their own written commitment to refunds, it raises serious concerns.
I urge everyone to exercise extreme caution. I am still awaiting the refund that was promised and a clear explanation for the account closure. Worst of all, despite their email stating they would refund the challenge fee, I have not received anything. This practice feels unprofessional and misleading. They attract traders, and when performance improves, they shut you down with vague reasons to avoid payouts. I recommend staying away from this company if you value your time and investment!

I submitted my first payout request on 11-Dec-25, and it remains unapproved. There's no option to speak with a representative. I've sent multiple emails and only received two replies from the support team stating that the payout is under review. No explanation has been given for the unjustified delay. Please address this issue. It shouldn't be a problem that the company lacks funds to process payouts. Consider hiring more staff to manage payout reviews.

Although the payment process took a bit longer than expected, their trading platform demonstrates minimal slippage, even during the CME system outage last November. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. My funded account was abruptly banned just before the payout date, and the team failed to provide a clear explanation regarding which specific trade breached their rules. When I sought clarification, I received only generic responses without any details about the order in question, the rule, or the specific clause in their Terms & Conditions that I allegedly violated. If there are rules concerning 'risk' or certain trading behaviors, they should be clearly outlined and communicated. Instead, action was taken at the most inconvenient time, with no proper evidence or breakdown of the supposed violation. This raises significant concerns about fairness and the integrity of their evaluation process. Traders deserve transparency, especially when actual payouts are at stake. Without clear enforcement of rules and adequate justification, it is difficult to trust the reliability of this firm.

Account Termination Without Clear Justification

My account was terminated, followed by a ban from their program, without any clear evidence or explanation, unlike other firms. I have not violated any rules and have consistently used the same trading strategy. Their email responses and payout processing times have been extremely slow over the past couple of months. It appears they are struggling with their cash flow model, as they have lowered profit targets and offered significant discounts while continuously delaying payouts. This situation resembles previous issues with other firms that ended up scamming customers. Exercise caution with this company when making your decisions, as they do not seem to uphold the longstanding reputation of the forex industry.
