I submitted my first payout request on 11-Dec-25, and it remains unapproved. There's no option to speak with a representative. I've sent multiple emails and only received two replies from the support team stating that the payout is under review. No explanation has been given for the unjustified delay. Please address this issue. It shouldn't be a problem that the company lacks funds to process payouts. Consider hiring more staff to manage payout reviews.
