Despite numerous requests, the company has not provided any clear evidence or specific trade logs to substantiate their claims.
What adds to my frustration is their lack of accountability regarding refunds. After my account was banned, they emailed me promising a full refund of my challenge fees within a week. Over a month has passed, and I have received nothing.
This situation appears to be a deliberate attempt to withhold funds from successful traders. If a company can ban you without proof and disregard their own written commitment to refunds, it raises serious concerns.
