You are better off using AI to write your entire resume, cover letter and thank you email included. I had paid 167 dollars for a resume that was seemingly done by a blind man that was having a stroke. I have highlighted run-off sentences, incorrect punctuation, poor english, poor grammar, poor layouts, poor everything. I gave them a second chance and nothing was better, nothing was different or even slightly improved upon. I have screenshots, and downloaded the entire PDF just to rip it apart as if I'm an English teacher. I just wanted an experienced pair of eyes on my resume. To give me an example of where I can improve, how I can do better, etc. Wrong. I gave them 167 dollars for useless resume. If I do not get a refund, or if they tell me my refund is only refundable if I give them a "good review" I am calling my bank, I am filing for scam or fraud and I'm going to the BBB to file a complaint. I am telling you it was that awful. I have proof.
