I have never written a review like this, but they're getting one now. I ordered a shirt from this company at the end of January for an even 3 weeks out. I paid the extra 25ish dollars for "express" shipping. I shortly began receiving tracking updates from "tracking-hub.com" that stated it was en route from Italy. It sent email updated every few days with updates. Stayed in customs in Italy for longer than I though it should, said it was finally shipped, then was received in the US and stayed in US customs longer than it should. My event I needed the shirt for came and went, and I wrote it off as my fault for not checking to see that it was coming from Italy... now two weeks later than that even, over a month after ordering with express shipping, still no shirt. Last update was it was in a town about an hour away from my home. I'm fed up so I dispute the charge through paypal after looking on here and seeing all the terrible reviews. (by the way the tracking info they gave paypal goes to usps and they say that tracking number doesn't exist on the usps site). The company answered my complaint today giving me a completely different tracking site to use, and a new tracking number. Check into that and the package is coming from CHINA (big suprise) it wasn't shipped weeks ago as the other tracking stated, it hadn't been touched till 4 days ago, and is still in China currently. I was lied to the entire time and will be reporting this company any way I can.
