I would not recommend purchasing from this company. My experience with their customer service has been extremely disappointing. They seem uninterested in resolving issues and instead send unhelpful messages, often asking for unreasonable proof that your item is faulty.I purchased the Q8 robot vacuum, and it is nothing like what was described. The vacuum also makes a rattling noise intermittently. Although the company advertises a 30-day return policy, they did not honor this when I reached out about the problems with my device.I provided them with a video showing how poorly the vacuum cleans, as well as a video demonstrating the robot’s inability to navigate to a specified zone—even when the doors were open and the area was easily accessible. Instead, the vacuum incorrectly reports that the area is unreachable.Overall, I am very dissatisfied with both the product and the level of support provided. I do not recommend this company.
