I am very disappointed with Proscenic’s handling of my two devices. 1. For the Amazon-purchased device, Proscenic is the manufacturer and therefore responsible for repairs. I already sent the device back (they even paid the postage), yet instead of fixing it, they claimed they had no inventory and refused to repair or replace it. This is completely unacceptable from a manufacturer. 2. For the device purchased directly from their official website, they only offered an 80% refund — which I find unreasonable and unfair.I expect a full refund for both devices or a proper repair for the first one. Anything less is not acceptable.Very disappointing customer service experience.
