I purchased the Proscenic M7 Pro robot vacuum in June 2022, directly from Amazon, for a bit more than 200 euros. The robot worked well, but the app was poorly designed, hard to connect, and unreliable from the start.A few days ago, I tried to reconnect the app to check battery status, map coverage, and accessory wear. That’s when I found out the app had been permanently disabled by the manufacturer. I contacted Proscenic and they confirmed it clearly:“The app compatible with this machine is currently unavailable due to expiration of service.”They also told me they haven’t sold or authorized this model for over 3 years and offered me a 20% discount on a new one.➡️ But how can anyone trust a company that disables essential functions after just 3 years?➡️ How could I possibly consider buying another product from a brand that treated its customers this way?To make things worse:🟥 The M7 Pro is still on sale on Amazon for 332 euros and advertised as “Wi-Fi connected”, “smart”, “Alexa-compatible”, which is completely false and misleading. Proscenic has made no public announcement about this change. The vacuum still works with the remote, but half its value is gone without the app. It’s a classic case of planned obsolescence and a total lack of transparency.❌ I will never buy from Proscenic again and I’ll warn as many people as possible.Thank you to Simona from Amazon Support, who was kind and helpful — but powerless.Sylvie
