The products are impressive, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. I want to love this brand as I have curly hair that requires high-quality products. The formulations are effective, with standout items like the Leave-In Conditioner and Custom Conditioner receiving top marks. However, the customer service experience is severely lacking—there's no phone support, live chat, or timely email responses. Managing subscriptions is frustrating, and when problems arise, timely help is hard to find. If the customer service improved, I would wholeheartedly recommend this brand. For now, despite excellent products, the experience falls short.
