Extremely unethical practices.

This company engages in highly unethical behavior. They make every effort to deceive customers into subscribing, only to charge exorbitant fees for products shipped without any prior notice. When complaints are raised, responses take an unnecessarily long time, and they show no willingness to rectify the situation. In my case, I noticed a charge and quickly canceled, sending an email to inform them. However, I later received a message stating they were already processing my order at the time of cancellation, which is simply untrue. Their product quality is subpar at best; they claim to offer customization, but the variations are minimal, leading to rapid order fulfillment. I wouldn't consider purchasing their items, even at a significantly reduced price. This is by far the most unethical company I have encountered, only beneficial if you enjoy seeing your name on products to feel unique.

I genuinely want to love this service, as it offers excellent products for my hair type. However, the customer service is quite poor. There's no phone support, live chat, or timely email assistance. The formulations are effective, with standout items like the Leave-In Conditioner and Custom Conditioner receiving top marks. Managing subscriptions is frustrating, and when problems arise, timely help is hard to find. If the customer service improved, I would wholeheartedly recommend this brand.
