I genuinely want to love this service, as it offers excellent products for my hair type. However, the customer service is quite poor. There's no phone support, live chat, or timely email assistance. Managing subscriptions and orders is unnecessarily complicated, leading to frustration. If they improved their customer service, I would recommend them without hesitation. For now, despite the quality of the products, the overall experience is disappointing.
