When complaints are raised, responses take an unnecessarily long time, and they show no willingness to rectify the situation. In my case, I noticed a charge and quickly canceled, sending an email to inform them. However, I later received a message stating they were already processing my order at the time of cancellation, which is simply untrue. Their product quality is subpar at best; they claim to offer customization, but the variations are minimal, leading to rapid order fulfillment. I wouldn't consider purchasing their items, even at a significantly reduced price. This is by far the most unethical company I have encountered, only beneficial if you enjoy seeing your name on products to feel unique.
