I purchased a high-end OLED monitor for around 10,000 DKK. After about 20 minutes of normal use, the OSD control button broke, making the monitor difficult to operate.
The product was sent for repair, but less than a month after receiving it back, the exact same issue happened again — the button broke off completely and the monitor is now unusable.
Despite a failed repair and a repeated defect, Proshop refuses to offer a refund or replacement and insists on yet another repair.
This is completely unacceptable. A premium product with recurring defects, and a store that clearly prioritizes internal procedures over customer satisfaction.
I have no interest in going through another long repair process just to end up in the same situation again.
Avoid if you expect reliable products and fair handling of complaints.
