Frustrating Delivery Experience

I placed my order on Wednesday, and by Friday, I received a message stating it would be delivered that evening between 18:00-22:00. Excited, I took time off work. However, at 19:30, I got an email saying delivery was not possible and it would be postponed to Monday. On Monday, I was informed by the delivery service that the parcel was too large for delivery. That evening, I received part of my order in another package, so the delivery team was present but failed to deliver everything. Without a computer, I can't use the monitor. This seems to be an issue between the delivery service and the company, but my concern is with the company, and they should resolve it. Now they are instructing the delivery service to return my computer, which means more delays with no clear timeline. I even offered to pick up the computer myself, but due to poor communication between the delivery service and the company, I was unable to get help. I'm left in the dark about my order's whereabouts, and the company merely defers to the delivery service without providing updates. I've never encountered such unhelpful post-sale customer service.
