No answers, no solutions. I placed an order on Wednesday. On Friday, I received a text and an email indicating it would be delivered that night between 18:00 and 22:00. Great! I took off work. At 19:30, I got another email stating it couldn't be delivered and would be rescheduled for the next weekday (Monday). On Monday, I received an email from the delivery service explaining that the delivery was not possible due to the parcel being too large. Later that evening, I received part of the order in a different parcel, which indicated that the delivery service was actually present but didn’t deliver everything. I can't use the monitor without a computer. This seems to be an issue between the delivery service and the seller, but since my transaction is with the seller, they should resolve this. Now, they are instructing the delivery service to return the computer to the seller, who will then use another service to send it back to me, leaving me waiting indefinitely. I offered to pick up the computer myself, but due to poor communication between the delivery service and the seller, they couldn't assist me. Now, I have no idea where my order is, and the seller is deferring to the delivery service without providing any updates. I've never encountered such unhelpful post-sale customer service.
