This company is very misleading. An item listed as in stock on there website was not actually in stock at the time of order. Contacted company after 2 days of seeing the item in process. Contacted them via email and was told the following:There is no estimated time of arrival, but we might be receiving our next shipment within 1-3 weeks or sooner.I told them if they can’t provide a ship date to cancel order and provide a refund.Then I was told:This is possible that when we have it back in stock there will be a difference in the price at that time. I just want you to know this at first. If you still want to cancel and refund your order kindly guide me. However, you will get this at the same price if you wait. This makes no sense to me. What kinda company is this. How can they stay in business. Should be able to cancel the order and provide a refund since they don’t know when they will receive a shipment. I recommend not doing any web order business with this company!Very dissatisfied customer
