The sales and marketing service provided was impressive. Numerous potential buyers came through, resulting in multiple offers. I can't fault this aspect. However, the post-sales support was initially lacking due to reliance on an external agency that didn't add much value. Thankfully, management recognized this, and since Bernadette took over, communication has greatly improved.
