I am writing to thank Ashleigh Ackermann from prospect estate agents especially for her effort organising some repairs and maintenance requirements at the house I am renting as a tenant.
A breath of fresh air after our previous experiences with other agents .Her ability to always answer phone calls and reply to emails is commendable too,especially these days and with a cheerful but professional manner as well..

I moved to the UK several months ago and have been renting a home through Prospect. As this was an international relocation, I initially had many concerns, but Lynne has been very supportive from the beginning. She is friendly, professional and always respond to any requests. I trully appreciate her dedication and the excellent service provided.
Terrible experience.
Offer agreed subject to conditions that were not met - despite multiple reminders and chasing our end. Our initial offer was increased based upon this work being done. We were also urged to bring our start date of tenancy forward by a week with assurances that the work would be completed on time.
I had to walk the property and produce a schedule of works for the landlord / prospect to complete, which I had to continually chase, constantly being assured the property would be ready.
Upon move in many things not working, lots missed on inventory and the electrical safety certificate must have come free with a box of cornflakes.
When issues reported - several of which were made over a month before move in, I was then asked to fill in a form on a third party app despite raising these issues multiple times and wasting my time visiting the property before move in.
Nearly two weeks after move in, on which multiple issues were flagged by the inventory clerk, we are still waiting for lots to be done.
I've been with prospect for a few years now, on the letting side mainly & have never had a problem.The whole team are helpful, friendly & very professional in all aspects of sales & lets. You can't go wrong with these people, then comes along Ashleigh Ackermann, the property manager, an amazingly cool young lady that likes to get the job done, from day 1 always felt comfortable with her. Amazing. Thanks to the whole team.

They were always quick to respond, clear in their communication, and proactive in resolving everything efficiently. It's been reassuring to work with someone so reliable and attentive. The sales and marketing service provided was impressive. Numerous potential buyers came through, resulting in multiple offers. I can't fault this aspect. However, the post-sales support was initially lacking due to reliance on an external agency that didn't add much value. Thankfully, management recognized this, and since Bernadette took over, communication has greatly improved.
